Nano-emulsified kava liquid built from our Vanuatu oleoresin — 2% kavalactones in a ready-to-dose water-soluble concentrate. No reconstitution, no dispersion step — engineered for direct use in RTD beverages, kava shots, tinctures, and edibles.
Kavain supplies kava raw materials engineered specifically for beverage formulations. Nano kava liquid (2% kavalactones, ready-to-dose, water-soluble) meters directly into RTD functional beverages, kava shots, tinctures, and oral sprays with no dispersion step. Nano kava powder (up to 20% kavalactones, water-soluble) suits effervescent drink mixes, stick-packs, and dry beverage bases. Both nano formats are built from our Vanuatu kava oleoresin and manufactured at a cGMP-compliant US partner facility — engineered to disperse cleanly in water-based formulations without the cloudiness or sediment of unformulated extracts. 1 kg MOQ.
2% KavalactonesVanuatuSKU: KAV-NAN-LIQ-2 · Water-soluble nano liquid
Water-soluble nano-emulsified kava liquid produced from Kavain's Vanuatu oleoresin. A ready-to-dose sibling to our nano powder — pours directly into functional beverages, kava shots, tinctures and edibles, so formulators skip the dispersion step and the batch-to-batch mixing variability that comes with it.
Nano kava liquid is a delivery format engineered for direct-dose applications. The kavalactones from our Vanuatu oleoresin are pre-dispersed into a water-soluble nano-emulsion — pours cleanly, meters accurately, and integrates into liquid formulations without the mixing time, dispersion variability, or texture concerns that come with powdered extracts.
Nano liquid is the sibling format to our nano kava powder — same nano-emulsion chemistry, same Vanuatu oleoresin feedstock. The powder is the higher-potency, longer-shelf-life format for dry blends, capsules, and stick-packs; the liquid is the ready-to-dose format for beverage, shot, and edible applications where liquid handling matters.
Nano kava liquid starts with our Vanuatu kava oleoresin — supercritical CO₂ extracted from HPLC-verified noble kava cultivars (chemotypes beginning with 42 or 24). The same chain-of-custody rigour we apply to our oleoresin programme carries through to this product.
The oleoresin is then processed through nano-emulsification at a cGMP-compliant US manufacturing partner. Sunflower-derived phosphatides emulsify the kavalactones into nanoscale lipid droplets, fractionated coconut oil (MCT) provides the lipid carrier, and the emulsion is stabilised in a water-soluble aqueous base. Vitamin C and Vitamin E are added as antioxidant stabilisers. The result is a yellow, translucent liquid concentrate that meters accurately and disperses cleanly into any water-based formulation.
Every batch is issued with an internal Certificate of Analysis covering kavalactone content, heavy metals, pesticide residues, and microbial screening — the internal testing methodology was developed in partnership with our ISO/IEC 17025-accredited US lab partners, so the internal CoA covers the same scope, methods, and thresholds as an independent one. Independent third-party CoAs against the same batch sample are arranged on request. Manufacturing is conducted under cGMP with full chain-of-custody documentation from raw material intake to finished-product release.

Ready-to-dose liquid handling makes nano liquid the format of choice when formulation lives in the wet side of the batch tank — from functional beverages through to tinctures.
Meters directly into water-based formulations with no dispersion step. The clean nano-emulsion eliminates the sediment and settling that unformulated extracts cause in ready-to-drink formats — finished beverages render clear to slightly opalescent depending on formula and inclusion rate. Compatible with beverage pH ranges from ~2.7 to 7.0.
Pre-emulsified and dose-controlled — pour, blend, fill. Consistent kavalactone loading batch to batch, without the mixing time or dispersion variability of powdered extracts.
Refrigerated storage protects the nano-emulsion and preserves the kavalactone loading through shelf life. Per-batch confirmation on the CoA.
Store refrigerated at 25°C (77°F) or below. Avoid freezing, direct sunlight, and prolonged room-temperature exposure once opened.
Food-grade, light-blocking containers designed for long-haul cold-chain transit. Keep sealed until use; reseal and refrigerate after opening.
Per-batch shelf-life confirmation on the Certificate of Analysis. Store under recommended conditions to maintain spec through end of shelf life.

Water-soluble liquid base integrates cleanly with glycerin, ethanol, or aqueous carriers. High-bioavailability delivery for sublingual, buccal, and oromucosal formats.
Liquid handling suits high-moisture matrices — gummies, syrups, jelly-format edibles, and infusion applications where a powder would add unwanted texture.
